Online bookings are not confirmed until checked by the salon. If there are any issues we will contact you ASAP to change or give more details about the appointment.

Please ensure you leave a working mobile number and email so we can contact you. The booking will be removed if these aren't given.

SKIN TESTS

For any NEW COLOR CLIENTS to the salon a skin test is required 48 hours before any color service. Any client not been to the salon in over 6 months will also require a skin test. Please ensure you have made the appointment correctly as no color service booked online will be carried out without a skin test. A skin test takes 2 minutes so please ensure you have come in a minimum of 48 hours before. Just book in a color consultation for a skin test, whilst booking your color appointment. Please ensure you book the color consultstion with the same stylist you book the color with.

We suggest booking just a consultation if you're a new colouring client.

CANCELLATION

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. If an appointment is cancelled within the 72 hour period any deposits will be lost and another deposit will be required to be paid up front before another appointment will be made. If you need to reschedule your appointment we have a strict 48 hour rescheduling policy. If you reschedule within 48 hours we may require a non refundable deposit to be paid before we can secure the appointment. If any appointments are cancelled within the 48 hours period and a deposit has been paid upfront that deposit will be lost (this is at the discretion of the stylist and management) If any clients no show or cancel within the 72 hours, more than 3 times the full price of the service will be required to be paid before an appointment can be booked and confirmed.

Please DO NOT use this service with LOUISE OR JACLYN. Louise & Jaclyn are self employed stylist and their prices can differ from others in the salon. If you use the PayPal service with Louise or Jaclyn you will be refunded and may lose a percentage of 2.6% due to PayPal commissions.  Please note that some prices may vary and will be added on when you arrive or refunded after the service. This service is better for regular clients who always receive the same service. This isn't recommended for any technical colouring or extensions.
