Having had my initial appointment 2 weeks ago for purple balayage hair I spent 3 hours in the salon for it to, unfortunately, turn red with not the slightest hint of purple. The stylist was very apologetic and booked this follow on appointment.

First appointment with Michelle today. First class. Great service. Hair looks amazing as it always does leaving Color.
First time Steve has cut my hair- I am trying to grow it and he literally trimmed the ends, unlike other salons where they seem unable to cut off less than an inch each time. A lovely cut, and still on track towards my goal, very pleased!
